Do I need experience to hire a boat
Experience is not necessary, but helpful. When you arrive, we will talk you through the basics and then accompany you for a safety and instruction session.on the river

Are there any hidden extras
Everything is included in the hire charge excluding fuel

What if it rains or the river conditions are not suitable for boating
All prices include a cancellation fee which means if you have to cancel and re-book because of bad weather and dangerous river conditions there is no charge. We may also cancel your booking if the river conditions are unsuitable.

How many people can Montana carry
We only allow 6 people and the party must me mixed

What clothing and footwear should I bring
Boat decks can be slippery so ideally bring flat soled boating shoes or trainers. It is always a good idea to pack some warm clothes and waterproofs, but you may be lucky and not need them! 

Where can I take the boat
You can go upstream as far as Lechlade but no further than Teddington Lock downstream. Dont forget that the speed limit is 5mph maximum and very heavy fines are imposed for anyone caught breaking the limit.

Car Parking
You may park your car free of charge 50 yards from the boat.

Please be aware that smoking is not permitted onboard.

Sorry but no pets allowed on board.
